Last updated: 6 March 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Jules Wren, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Jules Wren provides a platform for creating wedding websites, managing guest lists, and collecting RSVP responses. The service is provided on an annual licence basis. Jules Wren is a trading name of Nodegra Ltd. (Company No. 16964358), registered at Cherry Trees, Plumpton, CA11 9PA, United Kingdom.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform.
5. Payment and billing
Event licences are billed annually via Stripe. Prices are listed in GBP. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the event website has not been published.
6. Domain registration service
6.1 Service description
As part of the Domain plan, Jules Wren may register a custom domain name on your behalf through a third-party registrar. This is a convenience service — Nodegra Ltd. is not a domain registrar. Domain availability is subject to third-party registrar stock and we cannot guarantee that any specific domain name will be available.
6.2 Registration term
Domains are registered for an initial period of one (1) year from the date of registration. The domain registration cost is included in your Domain plan fee at no additional charge. Domains will not automatically renew at the end of this period. If you wish to continue using the domain beyond the initial year, you must arrange renewal with us before the expiry date.
6.3 Ownership and transfer
The domain is registered on Nodegra Ltd.'s registrar account on your behalf. You are the beneficial owner of the domain. Upon request, we will transfer the domain to your own registrar account at no charge. Transfers are subject to the receiving registrar's requirements and any applicable transfer lock periods.
6.4 WHOIS and privacy
WHOIS privacy protection is enabled by default on all domains we register. The registrant contact details will be Nodegra Ltd.'s until the domain is transferred to your own registrar account.
6.5 Expiry and lapse
If you do not arrange renewal or transfer before the domain's expiry date, the domain registration will lapse and the domain name may become available for registration by the general public. Nodegra Ltd. is not liable for any loss arising from an expired domain, including loss of the domain name to a third party.
6.6 Refunds
Domain registration costs are non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the third-party registrar, as this cost cannot be recovered. This is separate from the platform licence refund policy described in section 5.
6.7 Ongoing domain management
If you wish to retain your domain beyond the initial one-year period without transferring it to your own registrar account, we can arrange continued domain management and renewal on your behalf at an agreed annual fee. Contact us to discuss ongoing domain management.
7. Content ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the service, you grant Jules Wren a limited licence to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Data protection
8.1 Roles and responsibilities
When you use Jules Wren to collect and manage guest information:

9.5 Controller obligations

9.6 Processor obligations
The Processor shall comply with all obligations set out in section 8.3 above. The Processor shall not process personal data for any purpose other than providing the service as documented in these Terms.
9.7 Data breach notification
The Processor shall notify the Controller without undue delay (and within 72 hours where feasible) after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting the Controller's data, providing sufficient information to enable the Controller to fulfil its own breach notification obligations.
9.8 Data return and deletion
Upon termination of the service, the Processor shall, at the Controller's choice, delete or return all personal data. Billing records will be anonymised (not deleted) as required by law. Audit logs will be anonymised to remove personal identifiers while preserving security records.
10. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your website will be unpublished immediately.
- Your data will be available for export for 30 days before deletion.
- Billing records will be anonymised and retained for legal compliance (6 years per HMRC requirements).
- Audit logs will be anonymised (personal identifiers removed) and retained for security purposes.
12. Limitation of liability
Jules Wren is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
