1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function correctly and remember your preferences.
2. Cookies we use
Jules Wren uses only essential cookies required for the service to function:
- Authentication session: Keeps you signed in while using the platform. Expires when you sign out or after 7 days of inactivity.
- CSRF token: Protects against cross-site request forgery attacks. Session-scoped.
- Sidebar preference: Remembers whether you collapsed the dashboard sidebar. Stored as a cookie with a 7-day expiry.
- Page access (
page_access_{slug}): Remembers passcode verification for a specific event page. Per-event, HMAC-signed, expires after 24 hours.
3. Cookies we do not use
We do not use:
- Advertising or tracking cookies
- Third-party analytics cookies
- Social media tracking pixels
- Cross-site tracking of any kind
Our analytics are server-side and do not use cookies or collect personal identifiers.
4. Managing cookies
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to your account and may require re-entering passcodes on protected event pages.
